Foundation in Food Safety​​

Course Objective

To build a strong foundation in the core principles of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP.

  • Introduction to Foodborne Hazards (Biological, Chemical, Physical)

  • Personal Hygiene and Sanitation Best Practices

  • Hands-On Activity: Practical sanitation and temperature control exercises in our live kitchen environment.

Level 2
Intermediate HACCP & ISO Implementation

Course Objective

To provide the skills needed to develop, implement, and document a functional HACCP plan.

Restaurant managers

Hotel supervisors

Sous chefs

Quality control personnel.

  • Advanced Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment

  • Establishing Critical Control Points (CCPs) in Your Workflow

  • Developing Monitoring Procedures and Corrective Actions

  • Record-Keeping and Documentation for Audits

  • Introduction to ISO 22000 Framework

  • Hands-On Activity: Participants will draft a mock HACCP plan for a specific process (e.g., receiving, cooking) and test monitoring techniques in our kitchen.

ISO 22000 & Audit Leadership

Course Objective

To master the integration of HACCP with the ISO 22000 management system and lead internal audit processes.
